Irreplaceable sour hop taste is balanced with a caramel tone. The beer is not only a typical, but also a historical example of “pilsner beers”.
ZLATÝ BAŽANT 12°
The best selling Slovak beer is characterized by slight hop scent. The sourness of the beer is moderate.
A pleasant scent and a balanced taste of hops and malt give the beer refreshing sour and short aftertaste.
MATUŠKA APOLLO GALAXY
A unique beer full of citruses, tropical fruits and herbs that has a delightful malt taste is produced in a small family brewery in the Czech republic.
Top German wheat beer has an irreplaceable fruit taste. It is lightly sparkling and refreshing.
Kasteel Rouge is the fruit beer of the Kasteel range.
Its unique dark red colour is obtained by mixing Kasteel Donker (24°, alc. 11 %) that has been left to mature for at least 6 months with sour cherries.

ABBAYE DES ROCS BRUNE
The entire range of tastes is directly linked to the double fermentation, the precise quantities of malts (7 types) as well as the mixtures of three kinds of hops (Belgian, German and Czech). Its taste is rich and full of subtlety. It develops a strong sweet smell. It con rms the initial impression in the rst mouthful, with a sharp body that is balanced with a certain fruitiness. Some traces of burnt wood are detectable. The bitter and sugar tendencies (even though there is no sugar added) compete and come back together to the taster’s great satisfaction.
Born of the ancestral know-how of a family brewery, Barbar beer will please you with its malt taste and subtle avor of honey. It is brewed using water drawn from artesian wells on the site of the brewery, at Quenast, a small village to the south of Brussels. Barbar beer is prepared from a secret and harmonious mixture of barley malts, hops and honey (2,5 %) carefully selected by our Master Brewer. The traditional brewing method, associated with our unique strain of yeast, and the secondary fermentation in the bottle, gives Barbar the authentic avor of a very special ale.
Belgian Bock style beer with honey (2,5 %). A former winter version of Barbar uses dark malts. The avor has a nice mix of Belgian spice, malty sweetness, and a balanced hops load.
BLANCHE DES HONNELLES
“Double wit” beer has an amber colour which is after all the traditional appearance of the Blanches. It is also stronger and its taste is surprising and is not comparable to the brews with the same name that are now on the market. If the bouquet is subdued its rst avor is a stark dry sharpness against a pepper background. There is no acidity in this Blanche that is made with three cereals(barley, wheat, oats). It has a stimulating taste, leaving a subdued but refreshing nal impression. Lots of character and curious.
Strong and powerful beer with a somewhat neutral, very light bitterness and malted smell . A taste of alcohol sweetness, slightly malty/herbal/hoppy, touches of citrus zest with a very slight bitterness that becomes stronger in the nish.
It has a very big head indeed – pour it gently – and a very clean palate, beginning with a dry, lightly citric fruitiness, and finishing with a distinctive and delicate, perfumy, hop character. Very light and uffy in texture, giving little hint of its strength.
Brewed with roasted malt, hence it‘s deep dark reddish colour. It is a mellow, dark, top-fermented beer, refermented and matured in the bottle to obtain a lively, bubbly beer with a rich head.
The particular character and the unique taste of “Delirium Tremens” results from the use of three different kinds of yeast and lots of hops. It gives the beer bitter hoppy finish.
During the 1920s, an avid drinker described the beer as “nen echten duvel” (a real devil in Brabantian Dutch); therfore, the name of the beer has become Duvel. It is brewed with Pilsner malt and dextrose, and hopped with Saaz hops and Styrian Goldings, the yeast still stems from the original culture of Scottish yeast.
Ochre coloured top fermented Abbey Beer. Medium bodied and well balanced. It has a light fruit taste and there is a good balance between sweet and bitter and a full, rounded flavor.
It is the complex taste with hints of caramel, roasted malt and coffee in combination with the creamy hazel head that makes this beer unique. For the secondary fermentation, wine yeast is used. This also contributes to the unparalleled taste.
This top fermented Trappist beer, refermented in the bottle, is noted for its coppery colour. Topped with a creamy head, it gives off a light, fruity apricot aroma produced by the fermentation. The taste perceived in the mouth is a balance con rming the fruity nuances noticed in the fragrance. Its taste is made refreshing by a light touch of bitterness.
Chimay Tripel, with its typical golden colour, its slightly hazy appearance and its ne head is especially characterised by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. The beer’s avor, as sensed in the mouth, comes from the smell of hops: above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma. The aroma complements the touch of bitterness. There is no acidity, but an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth.

KAPITTEL TRIPEL ABT
As with most Belgian triples, the color tends to be paler, in this case amber, with good head retention. Of course you taste the alcohol, but this is well complimented with a very complex aroma and full mouth feel. Round, malty, not very bitter/hoppy, slightly sweet (depending on age) balanced with fruity hints of lemon and orange on the tongue.
The first Kasteel beer ever brewed, this ale carries aromas of dark fruits, caramel, and grains. This beer has a sweet taste with prominent notes of cherries, raisins, caramel, and chocolate. A pleasant body keeps it from being syrupy and overbearing while the use of English hops makes the Kasteel Donker stand out from the rest.
LEFFE VIEILLE CUVEE
Pours a dark amber colour with a large, thick, white head. Aroma of strong dark fruits and alcohol. Flavor of caramel malts, strong plums, orange and bitter hops. Medium bodied, quite rich mouthfeel and a nish of plums and caramel. Overall a rich Belgian strong ale with loads of fruitiness.
Kwak beer has a deep bright amber colour with a dense creamy head. Taste and smell is smooth, mellow, fruity and nougat-like. It has a slightly spicy lift with hints of liquorice passing into a warm nish that is reminiscent of brandy. The bitterness remains throughout but emerges delicately at the end.
ROCHEFORT TRAPPISTES 8
Rochefort Trappistes 8 is a full bodied ale. It shows some dark fruit characters, with light roasted notes, with touches of caramel and chocolate. A truly wonderful trappist ale from monastery that produces three kinds of beers. While the basic recipe for the three beers remains the same, what makes each distinct is the amount of malt and candy sugar added.
First brewed 1996; claimed to be based on a recipe from 1679 which used wheat, oat and barley. Tripel Karmeliet is a very re ned and complex golden-to-bronze brew with a fantastic creamy head. It has not only the lightness and freshness of wheat, but also the creaminess of oats together with a spicy lemony almost quinine dryness.
A reddish brown trappist ale, malty and fruit. The creamy head has the fragrance of special malt and leaves an attractive lace pattern in the glass. The avor is rich and complex, herby and fruity with a fresh-bitter nish. Notes of ripe banana predominate. The taste is fruity and slightly bitter, with a long, dry finish.
With this standout beer, the monks at Westmalle invented the now-popular tripel style after WWII. Strong beer with a dry, dangerously drinkable body, and orange to golden colour. A complex beer with a fruity aroma and a nice nuanced hop scent. It is soft and creamy in the mouth, with a bitter touch carried by the fruity aroma.
XX Bitter or Extra Extra Bitter is a blond, bitter ale famous for it’s very bitter and strong flavour. XX is being made with pale pilsner malt and loads of Brewers Gold and Hallertau hop flowers. A perfect combination that has been nationally and internationally praised. This ale has been a real trendsetter for the current comeback of bitter ales in Belgium.
Mexican bottom fermented beer favored for its unique taste. Only the best corn cobs, rice, hops and ascorbic acids are used in the production. Served with a wedge of lime or lemon in the neck of the bottle to add tartness and flavor.
In 1863 Gerardus Adrian Heineken purchased a 16th century brewery in the center
of Amsterdam. This small family operated brewery soon became a worldwide phenomenon.
The full taste with a sweet and sour red apple aftertaste makes this cider refreshing like a wine without the sourness of beer.

WELSCHRIESLING, late harvest
It is a traditional variety of Pezinok's region. The acidity and fine aroma make this wine neutral with fruity bouquet which is drinkable at any occasion.
PINOT BLANC, grapes selection
The wine's got golden-yellow color with the aroma of herbs and blooming meadow, velvety taste, suitable to blend harmoniously matched wines. It's aroma and flavor makes the wine one of the highest quality wines.

Amazingly fresh and gently aromatic wine marked by notes of tropical fruits. It is harmonious with silky fruit bouquet with a balanced quality of individual grades.

PÁLAVA, grapes selection
It is a variety developed by crossing Gewurztraminer and Muller Thurgau. The color of the berries
of the grape is pinkish to red meat. In excellent grades it is suitable for the production of berry and raisin wines selection. The wine has a spicy bouquet, by its fullness we can compare it to Rheinriesling.
GEWURZTRAMINER, grapes selection
This very precious wine grape variety, grown in our vineyards on the south hills of the Little Carpathians, has nice fresh yellow-green color. The dominant scent of honey-apricots is accompanied with blooming white roses. Gentle acids and balanced sugars create the full body with a spicy aftertaste.

This cuvée is a variety of Cabernet Sauvignon and Frankovka Modrá grown on the southern slopes of the Small Carpathians. The wine will impress you with its freshness and lightness. The bouquet and taste is pleasantly fruity after blackcurrant and strawberries.

Cultivated throughout the world, has a distinctive taste of blackcurrants and by the gradual maturation we can recognize stronger avor of the berries. Best matures in oak barrique barrels.
ALIBERNET, grapes selection
It has a wonderful cabernet bouquet, it is darker than the other wines and it stands out with harmonious and delicious taste. Aging in wooden barrels makes it suitable for an amazing wines in good grades.
MRVA & STANKO
White wine, dry
A wine color is yellow-green of golden shade. Ripe gooseberries, green peaches, nettles and wild ower honey dominate the fruity herbal scent. All these ingredients combined give the wine strong taste with attractive acidity and balanced slightly spicy aftertaste.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON ROSÉ
A sparkling rosé colored wine with a signi cantly attractive scent of sweet fruit, from which mainly wild strawberries and raspberries stand out. The taste is juicy and fruity with a currant-nettle flavor. Harmonious structure of acids and overall elegance causes a long sweet end.

Blaufränkisch is a wine of dark red color of Bordeaux shade. From a decent varietal fruity scent mainly cherries and plums stand out, which gives the wine interesting spicy cinnamon sensation. The most prevailing avor of drupes and cinnamon supported by a combination of light acids and tannins make the taste juicy and fruity.
